To do that you need to login into your MyParagon account at first; the link to your account is always the same: https://my.paragon-software.com

Please enter your registration E-mail and Password, either sign in with your Facebook/Google/Twitter account.

Then, after logging in, locate Support tab on the left side of the page and expand it by clicking Left Mouse Button.

Choose New Support Request.

After a brief page load, you will be prompted to fill in the Support Ticket form.

How to write support requests

Obviously, you wish the issue faced to be solved as quickly as possible.

These are the things, that will help us to deal with your ticket more efficiently:

• Describe your problem clearly;
• Provide the complete steps taken before getting the issue. If possible, provide us screenshots of each step;
• If there's any kind of error message, provide us a screenshot of it;
• In case you're writing a request from an account, which differs from the one you're having the product with the issue on, provide us the E-mail of this secondary account;
• When facing Activation issue – attach your Serial Number. Usually that should speed up the ticket processing by 50%!
• Check whether it's possible to gather log-files for the product you're having the issue with. Search our Knowledge Base for ' logs'. Providing logs in the first message will also greatly speed up ticket processing.

After successful submission of support ticket, you will see the following page:

From this moment you can track status of your request in View My Requests Section:

Status In work means, that the ticket is currently being processed.

When Supporter answers your request, the status will be change to Supported.

Usually we reply within 1-3 days from ticket submission, depending on load.

Sometimes, when the investigation requires additional resources, we need more time to come up with a proper solution for you.

In case you forgot the password for your customer account, you can easily set a new one. Go to the sign-in page of 'MyParagon' and click the Forgot password? link.

Now the following dialog opens. Please enter the e-mail address, used as login name for your customer account and click 'Send'.

The following dialog offers an explanation for the next steps.

Now, please check your e-mail inbox for an e-mail from eservice@paragon-software.com with the subject 'My Paragon. Password reset'.

You need to set and confirm a new password for your 'MyParagon' account by clicking on the reset link which looks like:

This link will redirect you to our 'Password Reset' site:

A click on 'Sign in' will carry you directly to the sign-in page where you can log in to your 'MyParagon' account with your e-mail address and the newly created password.
